Pud Ped Moo [Stir-fried spicy pork.]


Ingredients :

- 400 g pork tenderloin.
- 200 g of grated coconut.
- 3-5 kaffir lime leaves, torn.
- Red pepper, cut into 2 tablets around.
- Pepper 3 bunches.
-1.5 tbsp fish sauce.
-Salt 1/4 tsp.
-Sugar 1/2 tbsp.
-1 tablespoon oil.

Preparation Method:

1.Wash pork thoroughly, cut into thin slices 1 inch long.
2. Juice and coconut milk 1 cup coconut.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Add the spices used to cook the onion over medium heat.
Add coconut milk, fried pork into 1/2 cup, about 10 minutes to boil, stir occasionally.
4. When pork is cooked add the remaining coconut milk, fish sauce, season with salt.
Add sugar, kaffir lime leaves. Pepper and stir to combine. Heat untilboiling.
5. Add paprika and stir served.
